BREAD OF HEAVEN
One of Eamonns skills is home made bread, although its now only made to order to prevent it being eaten straight from the oven with lashings of butter mmmmm....
Whatever the style of food you choose, we can compliment it with breads to suit, whether it be a crusty baguette, buttery brioche, soft roll, naan bread, pitta, ciabatta, or hand sliced white, brown or seeded loaf.
IT ALL STARTED WHEN EAMONN AND PIP MET 8 YEARS AGO, LOOKING FOR A GOOD OUTLET TO SHOWCASE THEIR COMBINED CATERING TALENTS
At the time, Eamonn was head chef for an Events catering company, which saw him cater for private intimate dinner parties of 8, to large corporate events of over 1000 guests.
Pip was busy in the kitchen of her Tea shop, serving a large selection of her famous home made cakes, cream teas, paninis ,and her enormous all day breakfasts.
Frustrated in their search for the perfect premises, they stumbled across James & Tom
from Caterpods in Gloucestershire, who created their dream premises in the form of a catering pod..................The rest is history.
A TASTE OF INDIA
We both have a love of Indian food so get those taste buds tingling with a variety of Indian dishes, from Biryana, Korma, Jalfreizi, all made with wonderful spices and fresh ingredients
WHO WE ARE
The bespoke high quality interior, where all the magic happens. Note the floor is lowered so eye contact with the customer is much closer and more intimate.
A TOUCH OF VALENCIA
Having spent most summers in Spain we share a love of Paella, a colourful, flavoursome, traditional Spanish rice dish, with chicken, chorizo, peppers, seafood and of course saffron. (Paella can also be served without seafood)
Pip trained at
Le Cordon Bleu cookery school
Tom, Eamonn and James discussing the finer points of the interior, Eamonn was very specific how the layout should be, and has proved to be perfect.
